These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ViralPulse (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

ViralPulse provides AI-powered analysis of uploaded audio content and spoken content extracted from uploaded videos, including transcripts, insights, rewrites and content recommendations. Visual elements of videos — including on-screen actions, edits, text overlays, facial expressions and image-based humor — may not be fully interpreted. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

3. Usage & Plans

Access to features, limits and usage is determined by your selected plan (Free, Plus or Pro). We may update plan limits or pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Payments

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. Payments are processed by our merchant of record and payment partners. By subscribing, you authorize billing according to your selected plan.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before subscribing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to bypass plan limits, or use the Service for unlawful, abusive or harmful purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

ViralPulse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, content or revenue.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
